I grew up in Transylvania, where winters are the kind you plan your life around. When something broke in our house — and something always broke — you didn't call someone. You figured it out, with whatever was in the shed. I didn't know it then, but that was my first education in systems: understand how a thing works, and you can fix it. Fix enough things, and you start seeing how to build them better.

That instinct never left. It followed me to Vienna, where I live today with my family — I'm 32, a father, and the kind of person who can't watch someone do a task manually for the third time without thinking, "there has to be a way to automate this."

When AI tools became genuinely useful — not demos, but systems that could actually carry weight in a real business — everything clicked. This was the shed all over again, except now the tools could write, sort, answer, and follow up on their own. I went all in: learning everything I could get my hands on, building automations, breaking them, and rebuilding them until they held.
